Material surface----PP Door values the environmentally friendly idea and introduced and developed new environmental filling material---vermiculite. When vermiculite, a layer-structured mineral with crystal water in it, is heated to 200℃,it begins to expand. Its volume can increase by 15-25 times and density decreases to 0.6-0.9g/cm3, the thermal conductivity is rather small and the conservancy unit weight is between 100-130kg/m3. It is a good heat insulting material. For good vermiculite the heat resistance can reach as high as 1000℃. What's more, vermiculite is a good electric insulting material. Vermiculate fireproof board, as a good filling material, improves the fire proof property and doesn't contain and poisonous material and is suitable for your home.

Board section drawing---PP Door upholds the idea that quality is of primary importance for development. We use good qualitied cold rolling iron board which is then shaped by pressing. We use overlay film and painting dressing to do the surface process.
